Soft white hot dog buns
All-beef hot dogs
Sliced bacon – 1-2 slices per hot dog
Sliced cheese (Pepper Jack recommended)
Wrap each hot dog in a slice of bacon and grill until bacon is cooked. Top with a slice of your favorite cheese during the last minute of grilling. Remove from grill and top with pickled jalapenos and serve! Tip: For an extra added kick, drizzle with a little lime aioli sauce.
